The Avoca Suite is also our bridal suite that is finished and fitted out to a high standard and is a beautiful space to get ready for your big day or for that romantic getaway.
This newly renovated self-contained apartment is fully equipped with easy and secure onsite parking. It incorporates a spacious bedroom complete with a king size bed and ensuite, a living room with a separate dining area, a fully appointed kitchen, a communal laundry with a washer/dryer/iron and an outside undercover BBQ area where you can sit and relax with nature.
Whereas this unit has only one bedroom and therefore ideally set for two people, the couch pulls out to a sofa bed and can comfortably accommodate two additional adults, additional linen and mattress covers can be supplied but must be booked beforehand.
Take time to walk around the beautiful Masonmill gardens, enjoy unlimited complimentary mini golf during your stay or enjoy a coffee in the restaurant.

The apartments are located on the Masonmill Gardens site which incorporates the Masonmill Cafe and beer garden. This venue is located at the top of Welshpool road in Carmel. Easy access from the Tonkin Highway and less than 25km from the Perth CBD (30 minutes drive)

Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €61 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 5 days after departure
