The apartments are located on the Masonmill Gardens site which incorporates the Masonmill Cafe and beer garden. This venue is located at the top of Welshpool road in Carmel. Easy access from the Tonkin Highway and less than 25km from the Perth CBD (30 minutes drive)

Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €61 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 5 days after departure

Please note the final calculated price on the issued quote will includes a one off cleaning charge (Currently $95, Aug 2025, but may be subject to change)
